The problem

Ring a bell?

Your booking software runs your classes. Everything else is still on you

  • Invisible

You search “gym in Oviedo” and someone else shows up.

People who want to start training check Google and Maps, and more and more often they ask ChatGPT. If you’re not there, they don’t even compare you.

  • They go cold

They ask for prices on WhatsApp and never come back.

You reply at eleven at night, when they’ve already signed up somewhere else.

  • All by hand

The tournament in a spreadsheet, the shop in a notebook and the rest on WhatsApp.

Your business grew piece by piece, and the one holding it all together is you, at all hours. You just don’t have the time to sort it out.

  • Only at the front desk

The T-shirt, the racket or the tournament can only be paid for at reception.

If buying something from you means going to the desk during opening hours, a lot of people leave it for another day. And another day often means never.

With your booking software or with your own, with your brand. Leave the rest to me.

What I do

Your booking software manages your members. I bring you new ones.

Four pieces. Start with the one that hurts most.

  1. A phone showing the RDA Pádel Academy website, a padel academy in Oviedo, next to an orange location pin and a padel ball

“My website is out of date, or I don’t even have one”

    Get found

A new or renewed website, fast, and your Google profile, worked for searches in your area. And written so AI tools understand them too, as they increasingly recommend where to train.

    What's included:
clear classes, timetables and prices, your Google profile up to date and local SEO month after month.
    At your gym:
someone searches “box in Oviedo” or “clases de pádel Oviedo” and you come up, the way RDA Pádel already comes up in the top four.
  2. A phone on a chair under an orange spotlight, with a clock on the wall

“I answer WhatsApp at eleven at night, and by then it’s too late”

    Instant replies

What people ask you ten times a day (price, timetables, whether a beginner can join) gets answered on its own, with AI where it helps. Whatever needs a person comes to you.

    What's included:
instant replies on your website and on WhatsApp, a reminder of the trial class and a heads-up for you.
    At your gym:
someone messages you at eleven on a Sunday night and, before they go cold, they already have a day and time to try a class.
  3. Two phones with the Ovetus Training Box app, showing the workout of the day and personal records, next to a kettlebell on a wooden box

“I just don’t have the time to get everything in order”

    Your gym in an app

With your brand, on your members’ phones, for what your booking software doesn’t do. Plus a panel where you see everything together, not scattered across five places.

    What's included:
whatever your gym needs: workout of the day, records, notifications, door access. It installs from the browser.
    At your gym:
like the one I’m building for Ovetus Training Box: each member opens the workout of the day and logs their records, under the box’s brand.
  4. The Asturias Fittest sign-up website on a monitor, next to an orange club tote bag holding a T-shirt and a lifting belt

“I want them to reserve the T-shirt on their phone and just come and pick it up”

    Shop, tournaments and events

So your members can reserve the club T-shirt, buy a racket or sign up for the tournament from their phone, and pay without going to reception.

    What's included:
sign-ups with limited places and online payment, a club shop to pick up at reception and a panel where you see what sells and who signed up.
    At your gym:
like Asturias Fittest: each athlete picks a slot, pays by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay and gets their place confirmed straight away.

Mario, its coach, had been teaching for 12 years without a website of his own. I built him a fast site with his classes and timetables, and a panel to change them himself. This is what happened on Google between July and September.

Asturias Fittest: from signing up by hand to paying by phone

Ricardo, from Ovetus Training Box, runs the Asturias fitness championship. I built his sign-up page, with online payment and a panel for him.

Official technology partner
Before
Since 2018, sign-ups by hand and, at the end, the same old question: who has paid and who hasn’t.
Now
Each athlete picks a slot, pays by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay and has their place confirmed straight away. Ricardo sees in his panel who competes in each slot.

Running a padel tournament, an in-house league or a summer camp? It’s the same thing: places, payment and the list on the day.

Your first quarter

What happens in your first 90 days

No surprises: you know what you get each month and which number we are trying to move.

  1. Month 1: Getting to know your gym

I spend a busy afternoon at your gym: I watch the front desk, the WhatsApp and how people sign up for classes and tournaments. That’s where you see where members, hours and sales slip away.

You get: what I would do first, what it costs and how long it takes, in writing within 48-72 hours.

  2. Month 2: First things, working

We start with what’s most urgent: the website, the sign-up for your next tournament or the club shop. You approve the design before anything is coded, and in 4 to 6 weeks, depending on what it is, it’s up and running.

You get: what we built, in your name, with its panel so you can run it yourself.

  3. Month 3: Measure and decide

You open your results dashboard and see how many people found you on Google, how many visited your website and how many went on to ask for a trial class. It comes with the Visibility plan, and the Complete centre includes it for the first three months. With those numbers we decide the next step: climbing on Google, automatic replies or the app.

You get: your first report and a plan for the next quarter.

Questions

What gym owners ask me

  • From €490, plus Maintenance from €29 a month: up to three sections with your classes, timetables and prices, your panel to change them and set-up on Google. If you want tournament sign-ups and an online shop, from €990 plus €49 a month, with unlimited tournaments. If you want a brand, an app and automation, the Complete centre starts at €4,900, with three months of support included, and then Visibility from €149 a month. In every case, I give you a fixed price in writing within 48-72 hours, after seeing your centre.

  • No. Your software keeps handling classes, fees and bookings, and the website links to it so people can sign up. My job is to bring in new people: you don’t change anything or teach your members another tool. And if one day you want your own, with your brand and inside your app, I can build that too.

  • The trial class button works from the day the website goes live. Climbing on Google takes longer, and how long depends on your area and your competition. I don’t promise a number of members. With the Visibility plan, every month you see how many people found you on Google, how many visited your website and how many went on to ask for a trial class, so you can check whether it works.

  • Your software is the same for thousands of centres and runs the day-to-day. The app is yours: it carries your brand and does what the software doesn’t. In the one I’m building for Ovetus Training Box, for example, the workout of the day, each member’s records and access to the box. It installs on the phone from the browser.

  • Yes. It’s what I built for Asturias Fittest: a page with limited-place slots, online payment by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, a confirmation on the phone and a panel with the sign-ups for each slot, ready to print. It works the same for a padel tournament, an in-house league or a summer camp. It starts at €990, plus the plan from €49 a month, which makes your next tournaments unlimited.

  • Yes. Your members choose their size, reserve or pay from their phone and pick it up at reception. You don’t need an online shop with shipping if you don’t want one: start with what you already sell at the desk.

  • For two things, yes. To get found: more and more people ask ChatGPT or Gemini where to train, and your website is prepared so they understand it and can recommend you. And to reply: an assistant that answers the usual questions (prices, timetables, levels) at any hour and passes on to you whatever needs a person. I don’t add it for the sake of it: only where it saves you time or brings people in.

  • Yes. For a trainer or a small studio the €490 website is usually enough: your services, your prices and a button to book the first session. The rest is added only if you need it.
